• Client Data: Student records, medical histories (ABDM/HMS), financial ledgers, and employee details uploaded by clients into their dedicated database instances.

2. ABDM & Healthcare Data Compliance

For healthcare facilities using our MedTrack HMS, patient data processed via Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) integration adheres to national health data privacy guidelines. Health records (ABHA IDs, clinical notes, lab reports) are encrypted end-to-end and shared only with authorized medical professionals and consenting patients.

3. Data Ownership & Storage Security

• Client Data Ownership: All data uploaded or generated in EduTrack, MedTrack, or BizSync remains the exclusive property of the client institution.
• Server Infrastructure: Data is hosted on high-availability cloud servers with automated daily database backups, SSL encryption (256-bit), and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Third-Party Sharing: We never sell, rent, or monetize client data. Information is shared with third parties only when necessary to process payments or send SMS/WhatsApp notifications as configured by the client.
